Faucetera+ ships orders within Canada. Shipping costs, available methods, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Orders of $50 or more may qualify for free shipping across Canada where available at checkout. Orders that do not qualify will show the applicable shipping cost at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary by product availability, destination, carrier, holidays, customs or border processing where applicable, and circumstances outside our control.

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation or tracking update will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact customerservice@fauceteraplus.ca as soon as possible with your order number and photos so our team can help review next steps.
