Decorative plumbing products are often sold as coordinated components. Please review the product page, technical documents and the guidance below before placing your order. Contact us whenever a model, finish, rough-in or compatibility detail is unclear.
Look for the Included components and Required or sold separately sections on the product page. A product image may show coordinating items that are not included.
Items shown as available to order may be supplied from our warehouse, a nearby supplier warehouse or by special order. Lead times are estimates and can change before the supplier confirms the order.
When no current estimate is shown, use the product-page lead-time request link before purchase. We will confirm current availability as quickly as possible.
Faucetera+ has a 30-day return-request period. Eligible items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Installed sanitary goods, special orders, sale items and gift cards may be non-returnable, subject to applicable statutory rights.

Inspect the shipment before installation. Contact us promptly if packaging or product damage is visible, parts are missing, or the item received does not match the order. Keep all packaging until the matter has been reviewed.
For products to which Québec's availability warranty applies, information about replacement parts, repair services and maintenance or repair information must be communicated before the contract is completed. Product-specific information will be shown on the product page when supplied or confirmed.
Where applicable, replacement parts, repair services and maintenance or repair information may be supplied by Faucetera+, the manufacturer or an authorized service provider. Faucetera+ may coordinate service through the manufacturer or another qualified provider. This does not limit any legal warranty or consumer right under Québec law.
