Availability can vary by brand, finish and configuration. Some products are stocked by Faucetera+, while others are supplied through our manufacturer and distributor network.

Before you order

• In-stock items: Availability can change as orders are placed and inventory is allocated.
• Non-stock items: Contact us for the most current supplier availability and estimated lead time before ordering.
• Backorders: Where backordering is available, the product page will indicate that the item can be ordered and will provide a lead-time estimate or a way to request one.
• Special orders: Certain finishes, configurations and supplier-order products may have different cancellation or return conditions. Review the return policy before ordering.

About lead-time estimates

Lead times are estimates based on the latest information available from the supplier and can change before shipment. A quoted lead time is not a guaranteed delivery date unless Faucetera+ confirms otherwise in writing.
